Running the application ========================== To start the application and simulation follow these steps: 1. run 'start.bat' (either with a double click or in command line) 2. press 'esc' (to change to interactive mode) 3. press 'p' (to start the simulation) 4. start interacting with the game if you like (see next section) 3. Application control ====================== These only function in interactive mode. If you press a key and nothing happens, you are probably in viewing mode - just press 'esc' to toggle modes. Bugs and the like ==================== - if you start interacting with the game without having pressed 'p' (that is, started the simulation), and then later on press 'p', you get very weird results - if you play too much with switches 1, 2 and 3, the simulation will explode - unwelcome behavior of sponge when it slowly falls over the cloud's rim into the abyss - and most likely a bunch of others that won't come to mind right now ... 5.
