About Me:
I am a post-doctoral researcher at the
Computer Graphics Laboratory of
Prof. Markus Gross.
The goal of my research is the devlopment of new algorithms to enable
efficient, realistic and controllable fluid simulations.
I received my diploma in computer science June 2003 at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
After doing research on compiler optimizations with Dan Quinlan,
I started my PhD thesis
under the supervision of Prof. Ulrich Ruede, on the
topic of free surface simulations with LBM.
The thesis was handed in October 2006.
After this, I collaborated with the research group of Ageia (now Nvidia)
lead by Matthias Mueller-Fischer,
on fluid simulations for computer games.
