Additional Renderers exploiting nowadays graphics
cards features are available: EWAGLRenderer,
A converter from PTX to SFL (University of Stuttgart):
Defining Point Set Surfaces Tool (last update: 17/09/2004)
Tool for applying different surface definitions. More...
This highly appreciated tool was written by Yong
Joo Kil from the University of California at Davis.
Deformation Tool (last update: 17/09/2004)
Free-form deformation tool.
CSG Tool (last update: 17/09/2004)
Tool to perform boolean operations (union, intersection, difference)
Scan Cleaning Tools (last update: 17/09/2004)
This tool set provides several tools and mechanisms
that act directly on the point cloud to make the cleaning process
more intuitive. It includes: selector, deletor, mls smoother, point
scatterer, local particle simulation, outlier removal, colorer,
and resizer. More...
(last update: 02/08/2004)
The Diffuser plugin generates a watertight surface
representation of a given point cloud with normal estimates. It
supports several preprocessing operations to remove outliers, flipped
normals and to reduce noise. Then a implicit representation of the
object is created to perform volumetric diffusion on areas where
holes exist. Finally, a discrete sampling of the reconstructed surface
can be generated from the implicit representation. More...
(last update: 17/09/2004)
This plugin uses a new scheme for digital watermarking
of point-sampled geometry based on spectral analysis. More...
ICP Plugin (last update: 17/09/2004)
This plugin implements the iterative corresponding point
algorithm for robust simultaneous registration of multiple objects.
Creator Plugin (last update: 17/09/2004)
A plugin for creating simple point based objects such
as spheres, edges, cylinders, planes and cubes.
EWAGLRenderer (last update: 17/09/2004)
A fast and high quality hardware renderer which can
handle elliptical surfels and is thought to replace the OpenGL Preview
renderer. Note: This renderer runs on NVidia
GeForce FX graphics cards only!
HGLSplatRenderer (last update: 02/08/2004)
A high quality hardware renderer with exchangeable
shaders and clipping. Note: This renderer runs
on NVidia GeForce FX graphics cards only!
